Who Do We Need In A Food Packaging Associate?
365 Fulfillment Services is adding to our Production team! This team is responsible for packaging and assembling finished goods in our production facility. Its a fast paced environment that involves working both independently and as a team. This teams primary focuses are safety and quality. Previous food production experience is preferred but not required. On the job training on our equipment and processes is provided. An ideal candidate has a high attention to detail, is self motivated, and enjoys meeting and exceeding goals.
- Safely and efficiently operate, maintain, and troubleshoot processing equipment to standard
- Follow all company SOPs, GMPs, and safety processes including wearing required personal protective equipment
- View prompts and directions on desktop screen and handheld device
- Responsible for line sanitation and proper cleanup at end of shift
- Maintain quality standards of all products produced
- Operate manual and electric pallet jacks, dollies, and carts
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Physically able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat and reach during entire shift
- Self motivated to work independently or with a team
- Strong emphasis on quality and safety
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Have a good attitude and work well in a team
- Work overtime and/or weekends as mandatory overtime may be necessary
Requirements
- High school, GED, or equivalent diploma
- Ability to Lift up to 50LBS
- A can-do attitude that results in the drive to work a physical job throughout the day
