We are assisting a valued client in the selection of the right person for this opportunity.

This position combines management, technology, sales, and marketing expertise to develop strategies that deliver a superior brand and shopping experience to our customers. The company's online activities are overseen and managed by the V.P. of Marketing, who is also in charge of developing strategies for efficient business planning and marketing campaigns for various media channels. This is a fast-paced, rapidly changing, deadline-driven environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Develop initiatives to create distinctive digital engagement with a target audience in support of business goals by coordinating diverse digital marketing strategy sets.
  • To expand the company's marketing areas, save operational expenses, improve productivity, and increase availability, transition its offline marketing efforts online.
  • Management of web analytics and strategy for websites.
  • Oversee external suppliers for ROI-focused PPC, SEO, and SEM to ensure successful results, which include an increase in clients, revenue, and brand recognition.
  • Work collaboratively with the IT and Merchandising departments to make sure that retaining current clients, increasing sales, and acquiring new clients coincides with inventory management, logistics, and other ongoing company operations for optimized cost effectiveness.
  • Development of paid and organic social media content with direct mail remarketing/retargeting.
  • Website conversion, website optimization, and multivariate testing should all be enhanced.
  • Investigate market trends, look for ways to close gaps in business objectives, and drive the company forward to surpass financial targets.
  • Ability to recognize, rank, and communicate ideas with the most potential for effect; sound business judgment and decision-making skills.

Requirements

  • A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or Management; or a minimum of six years related experience.
  • Proven ability to build teams, cut costs, and improve service levels.
  • Experience in on-line marketing.
  • Skills in optimizing website content and ensuring website visibility.
  • Proven track record of managing in an environment that believes in coaching, counseling, and mentoring.
  • Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape and previous experience in driving campaigns.
  • Thorough understanding of various social channels.
  • Hands on management.
