About TradingHub

Founded in 2010, we have grown from a united vision shared between two people to a team of over 140 across London, Toronto, New York and Singapore. We have achieved scale by building the best-in-class surveillance tooling, where our analytics bring the front office risk mindset to the compliance function.

Though we have developed in the trade surveillance arena, we have always been more than that. At heart, we are a finance-focused big data firm. Our goal is to continue creating the worlds leading financial markets analytics platform.

The Role

As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a fundamental role in winning new business with a specific focus on Tier 1 banking as well as cultivating TradingHubs relationships with key clients in North America. You will leverage your existing knowledge of capital markets to provide expert consultation, as well as develop a deep understanding of our product suite to ensure that our clients get the most out of our products. Additionally, you will have cross-selling opportunities for our other product offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Confidently pitching TradingHub's product line to customers based on gold standard guidelines
  • Create and execute multi-year deals with top-tier financial institutions, with a specific focus on sell-side customers
  • Building commercially focused relationships with key decision-makers, as well as maintaining existing ones
  • Understanding your customers and representing them internally with accuracy and insight
  • Develop a deep understanding of your customers product use and ensure they are engaging optimally, maximizing our products benefits
  • Ensure customers benefit from the wealth of internal resources available to them, including regulatory insight and the knowledge weve gained through delivering solutions to their peers
  • Owning account planning, strategy for individual customers, pipelines, and renewal dates
  • Working cross-functionally with other teams to deliver and host best-in-class events for customers

Requirements

Essential Skills/Competencies

  • Previous experience working in a front-office environment for an investment bank with a deep understanding of financial markets, in particular the fixed-income asset class
  • At least 7 years experience in selling multiple financial products to sell-side customers, e.g. for a market data/SaaS type organisation
  • Excellent track record of closing deals and meeting revenue quotas with high-stakes customers
  • Proven ability to develop relationships with the C suite or VP-level business users, articulating clear business value and able to influence strategic decision making
  • Experience with longer-duration sales life cycles and executing multi-year, high-revenue relationships with new customers
  • Great communication skills with an ability to explain complex topics in a non-complex manner
  • Organised and great time management skills
  • Enthusiastic, with an ambitious and driven personality
