Manufacturing Engineering Associate - Strongsville, OH - JOB 440-24-00369

Salary Range: $55K - $65K Permanent Position with Benefits

A Strongsville Manufacturing Company is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Associate. Key responsibilities are to provide technical support for project cost estimations. Seek out additional partners and vendors (i.e., steel vendors, paint, machine shops, etc.). Support the following: PR submittal process, Material Master creation in SAP, addressing technical questions from vendors during the quotation process. Also provides some logistic support related to incoming materials, parts, as needed.

Requirements:
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, etc.)
• 1-2 years' experience within an engineering discipline in a project-oriented role.
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience with Machining & Manufacturing of chemical process equipment preferred.
• Experience/Knowledge with logistics (regulations, export control, incoterms, Packing, etc.) preferred.
• Familiar with CAD/Solid-Edge and database software (i.e. SmarTeam) preferred
• Experience with scheduling (MS-Project/CA PPM) preferred.
• Experience with SAP-System software preferred.
• Logistics (regulations, export control. Incoterms. Packing.etc.
• Must have good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Must have good organizational skills.
• Must be able to work well in a team environment.
