Tahzoo, a globally recognized digital transformation agency, is seeking a Business Analyst Intern to join their team. As "Architects for the Experience Age," Tahzoo is a technology-enabled company that provides consulting services in MarTech software implementation/integration and has developed significant intellectual property around digital transformation. The Business Analyst Intern will assist Tahzoo's team of architects, engineers, developers, marketers, and strategists in delivering creative and technical solutions to clients worldwide. The successful candidate will gain invaluable experience in the information technology and services industry and contribute to Tahzoo's mission of making millions of people a little happier every day.

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and documenting requirements from clients and internal stakeholders
• Support the design and preparation of project documentation, including plans, schedules, and status reports
• Participate in project team meetings and provide updates on project status and progress
• Conduct research and analysis to support project deliverables and recommendations
• Assist in testing and validating software solutions to ensure they meet client requirements
• Contribute to the development of client presentations and training materials
• Provide general support to project managers and other team members as needed

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in business, technology, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Basic understanding of software development lifecycle processes
• Demonstrated ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Must be willing to commute to our office in downtown Washington DC
