The Role

We are hiring a Sr. or Principal level Product Manager who will be responsible for our data strategy and infrastructure, as well as B2B and B2C product features that are rooted in data. This product leader will report to the Chief Product Officer, and will help shape the future success of the company as the category leader in the market.

You will work closely with the Chief Product Officer and the engineering, design, and executive teams to define product strategy, roadmap prioritization, and scope for launch, as well as define and track OKRs for development progress and launch KPIs. You will define product requirements and drive hands-on execution in equal parts, partnering with multiple product and engineering leaders to identify our needs, create a delivery plan, and manage execution. Product responsibilities include data integrations with teams CRM systems and data warehouses, implementing a CPD which publishes to external and internal CRMs and DWHs, and models for pricing and personalization, as well as analyses around product operations, product performance, and fan experience.

What youll do

  • Product Strategy
    • Partner with leadership (CPO, CTO and executive team) to define and communicate a clear and compelling product vision for your charter
    • Understand the operational and business dynamics around ticketing, and ensure downstream needs are baked into your roadmap and/or have a sufficient support plan.
    • Develop a deep understanding of our end users, and create processes to standardize the collection of customer feedback
    Product Management
    • Co-lead a cross-functional workgroup tasked with making measured progress towards business objectives
    • Ability to balance long term planning and high level vision with day-to-day planning and granular decisions around requirements and technical/design details.
    • Define and track quarterly OKRs for your product charter, with updates shared company wide on a bi-weekly basis.
    • Implement qualitative and quantitative product discovery techniques that value rapid, shared learning of user needs and product solutions

What youll bring

  • 4+ years experience in product management, business intelligence engineering, or related fields (6+ years for principal)
  • Track record of launching amazing data-centric products and/or managing data models that shape user experience
  • Expertise in SQL
  • An understanding of data infrastructure, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, data warehousing, and data integration
  • Working knowledge of data visualization and analytics tools like Tableau, Power BI, Mixpanel, Amplitude, etc.
  • Familiarity with the principles of machine learning, including supervised and unsupervised learning, feature engineering, model evaluation, and deployment considerations
  • Familiarity with statistical concepts, hypothesis testing, regression analysis, and other modeling techniques
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and pivoting quickly based on new learnings and outcomes
  • Experience managing data science and/or business intelligence projects or teams
  • Outcome-based product development with measured success
  • High level technical understanding of architecture, APIs, integrations, and partnerships

Nice to haves but not required

  • Proficiency in Python, R, or comparable languages
  • Knowledge of ticketing systems, large-scale/high availability ecommerce platforms, bidirectional commerce, enterprise SaaS products
  • Knowledge and experience with multiple functional areas including Product Management, UX/UI, Product Marketing, Engineering, Implementation, Sales, Customer Support

Compensation is something we dont want our candidates or employees to worry about. Our goal is to offer competitive salaries that are regularly benchmarked against the market. The core tenants of our compensation philosophy are fairness and transparency.

We have established a standardized leveling framework based on job scope and responsibilities. The compensation package for each level is standard across all business roles. This means that every person at a certain level is paid the same as everyone else, regardless of their background, previous compensation, location, or any other factor.

The compensation for this role is $160,000 -190,000 and includes a generous equity package.
