As a Senior Designer at Corcentric, you will join a fun, energetic and collaborative team within an ambitious, entrepreneurial global organization. Working within the Design and Brand Management Team you will enable Marketing and the business to create world-class design assets for our brand, ensuring a cohesive look and feel across all of our digital and non-digital elements. You will be responsible for leading and executing world class creative design projects and translating concepts into compelling, elevated visual designs that support our company vision and objectives.

This key position reports to the Art Director and will work with a world-class brand and design team to push the needle for the brand.

This role is eligible for remote work consideration, however, candidates must be available to support Eastern Time Zone working hours, and be available for occasional travel to our Cherry Hill, NJ headquarter office.

As a Senior Designer, you will:

  • Confidently manage the workflow of presentation design requests, creating and delivering world-class assets and graphics consistent with brand standards
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements, objectives, and target audience, and translate them into innovative design concepts.
  • Champion projects, moving initiatives forward proactively and enthusiastically, taking accountability of successful design delivery
  • Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating designs based on requirements.
  • Objectively maintain and coordinate updates to the design template library to ensure efficient and current asset organization
  • Effectively manage expectations relating to deadlines and delivery dates
  • Stay current with industry trends, taking an entrepreneurial approach in recommending next steps and improvements to processes and systems in order to move the needle on brand automation initiatives
  • Collaborate effectively with cross functional teams on a global scale
  • An email expert with deep understanding of how this works across the digital spectrum

Requirements

Youll need to have:

  • Extensive experience creating assets for multi-touch for omnichannel demand-generation campaigns that deliver optimal performance.
  • A strong digital portfolio demonstrating skills and experience, exceptional eye for detail, well-crafted layouts, and smart use of brand assets in MS PowerPoint (please include with application in order to be considered)
  • Extensive experience using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign to produce best-in-class assets, leveraging various templates and design mechanisms
  • Ability to produce icons, infographics or illustrations inside and outside of MS PowerPoint
  • A deep understanding of digital engagement and the digital distribution channels (including email)
  • Interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally on a global scale
  • A team-player mindset with excellent people skills and the ability to effectively build rapport and liaise with other stakeholders and collaborators
  • An aptitude for learning, with the ability to quickly pick up new tools, platforms, and resources, as well as staying in-the-know on relevant technical innovations
  • An entrepreneurial, creative mindset with the ability to set clear brand boundaries and reliably deliver positive outcomes under pressure and within tight deadlines

Its great if you also have:

  • A Bachelor of Arts Degree in Graphic Design or similar (equivalent experience considered)
  • Experience in a Business-to-Business (B2B) setting, with in-depth understanding of how to effectively leverage brand design to create customer-centric experiences
  • Print and image retouching knowledge
