If so, we want you to join our team as a Host/Hostess at our renowned Captain's Quarters restaurant atop THE TOWER resort. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive dining experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive, direct them to their table, and ensure they are comfortable.
• Answer the phone and respond to inquiries, providing information about the restaurant and its offerings.
• Manage the waitlist during peak hours, communicating wait times to customers.
• Provide customers with their menus and introduce them to their server.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Previous experience as a host/hostess, server, busser, or other waitstaff desired.
