Resource Innovations is seeking a Program Marketing Manager to join our growing team in Salt Lake City, Utah.

As a Program Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for collaborating with rest of the marketing team and internal stakeholders to provide innovative and quality marketing to our clients and deliver measurable results. Additionally, you play a highly visible role by working with many different clients across the Western U.S and will be responsible for responding to client requests efficiently and effectively, ensuring that were delivering the best quality of service. Communication and interpersonal skills are a big part of this position as this position will be communicating with clients and internal team members via email, phone, online meeting, and in-person, regularly.

We are seeking bi-lingual (Spanish) or Multi-lingual, mission driven marketing professionals who have an interest in energy efficiency and working towards a more sustainable energy future. A background in utility programs or energy efficiency is not required, however, the ability and passion to learn and become well-versed in the energy efficiency industry is. Additionally, we are seeking individuals who have experience working with various marketing software packages and experience working through diverse channels. The Resource Innovations marketing team executes everything from application/program updates and collateral review, through to branding and strategic multi-channel marketing campaigns and web development.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Flourishes in a high-visibility role and quickly establish themselves as a leader on the team. Plans, delegates and provides oversight on marketing plans, campaigns, and deliverables.
• Completes assignments and responds to inquiries in a timely manner.
• Communicates key objectives, strategies, and priorities to a variety of stakeholders and contributors (program management, software, outreach, data analysis, customer service, and partner teams).
• Creates annual plans and delivers results with an emphasis on continuous improvement.
• Ensures marketing compliance with all contracts, tariff, client branding, and program requirements.
• Coordinates day-to-day aspects of projects including quality of work product, client communications, scheduling, and utilizing internal and external delivery team members to deliver results.
• Maintains quality control of all deliverable products, demonstrating objectivity and clarity while maintaining project schedules.
• Establishes and maintains a professional rapport with clients and partners, including identifying and anticipating needs and proposing solutions to address client concerns and assure problem resolution promoting long-term productive relationships.
• Collaboratively develops, presents, and implements recommendations to enhance go-to-market strategies and operational efficiencies.
• Provides excellent customer service to clients, end-use utility customers, vendors, delivery team members, and industry partners.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of previous marketing experience.
• A bachelors degree in marketing or related field is required.
• Fluency in Spanish; both verbal and written fluency required.
• Previous experience in equity marketing or multi-cultural marketing.
• Excellent written communication and superb interpersonal skills required.
• Previous experience presenting to clients and preparing marketing plans.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple time-dependent tasks.
• Professional email and written communication skills.
• Proven experience being client facing and managing high-profile, results driven client contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Word is required, and preferred experience with email software providers.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency or the building efficiency industry is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities while balancing schedules and budgets.
