Salary range: $80,000 - $130,000 per year depending on experience + unlimited growth opportunities. Job Description: One of Jump's prestigious clients has enlisted our help in recruiting for this role. Details on the brand to be disclosed during the first interview. They are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Visual Production Director to oversee, innovate, and improve their video department. The ideal candidate will be a creative visionary with a deep understanding of the latest technologies, trends, and best practices in video production. They will be tasked with producing a diverse range of content, from promotional videos and advertisements to documentaries and YouTube content.
Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and manage innovative video production strategies that align with our company's objectives and brand identity.
- Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of video production projects, from conception to delivery, ensuring all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and creative, to create compelling visual content that drives engagement and conversions.
- Evaluate current processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and implementing new practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
- Oversee a team of world class videographers, editors, and other production staff, fostering an environment of creativity and professional growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in video production technology, continually integrating relevant ideas and techniques into our video production strategies.
Requirements - A minimum of 5 years of experience in a visual production leadership role with a focus on video content.
- Proven track record of producing a wide range of video content, including advertisements, video sales letters, webinars, masterclasses, promo videos, documentaries, YouTube videos, etc.
- Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a creative team.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience managing budgets and schedules.
- Deep understanding of video production processes, equipment, software, and industry trends.
- Ability to think strategically and creatively, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
