Small agri-business seeks a capable individual to provide administrative support to our daily operations. Primary duties will entail data entry related to our production record keeping and assisting our Controller with accounts receivable and payable. There will be additional ad hoc projects and responsibilities helping around the office as needed, whether planning a company event, or helping to roll out a new procedure or technology.
Requirements
Applicants must be detail oriented and proficient with Excel(link removed) Strong written communication skills required. Applicants should also be comfortable on the phone speaking to customers in a pleasant but efficient manner. Finally, applicants will need effective time management skills and a sense of urgency to see tasks through to completion. Expect a productive workplace with friendly and interesting co-workers and high expectations.
College degree not necessary if you meet the requirements above. Prior experience in a clerical role is helpful but not required.

This is a full-time, in-person position at our office in Jordan, NY. Occasional remote work is OK but should not be expected.
