Christopherson Business Travel, a globally recognized leader in travel management, is seeking a Vice President of Marketing to expand our team. This leadership position will own the development and execution of our comprehensive marketing strategy, helping to ensure the company maintains its leadership position in the industry and continues to drive significant growth.
Responsibilities - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy to support growth objectives and enhance customer retention and loyalty
- Drive customer acquisition and revenue growth through effective demand generation campaigns, lead generation activities, and sales enablement initiatives
- Develop core marketing content and sales tools needed to reach our customers with consistent and relevant message
- Architect and lead a data-driven strategy across content, social media, blog, website, and email
- Monitor and analyze content performance, make data-driven decisions to optimize effectiveness, and evaluate ROI
- Coordinate tradeshow and event management, strategy, design, and execution
- Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, providing mentorship, guidance, and support to drive individual and team performance
- Oversee marketing department budget and resource allocation
Requirements - Proven work experience as a VP of Marketing, Marketing Director, or leadership position in B2B Marketing and oversight of demand generation
- Demonstrated experience implementing successful marketing campaigns
- Experience hiring, managing, and mentoring a team of marketing professionals.
- Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques
- Proven experience in content marketing, SEO, and editorial roles
- Strong project management and organization skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in analyzing marketing data to inform decision-making
- Strategic thinker with deep understanding of content distribution, social media, and emerging marketing trends

The salary range for this role is determined by several factors that may include but are not limited to interdepartmental equity, candidate experience, skills, education and training, location, licenses, and certifications or needs of the organization. Full time roles will also qualify for our total benefits package offered by Christopherson Business Travel.
