Responsibilities

• Operating machinery and assembly line equipment accurately and efficiently.
• Maintaining quality control by inspecting products for defects and blemishes.
• Packing, labeling, and arranging products for storage or shipment.
• Maintaining cleanliness of workstations and warehouse areas.
• Adhering to all safety and hygiene guidelines.
• Reporting any machinery malfunctions and other issues to the supervisor immediately.
• Providing training to new employees as required.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in food manufacturing or packaging is preferred.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexibility to work 40 hours per week, and overtime as needed.
• Ability to follow instructions and work cohesively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
