We're looking for a Programatic Trader to

  • Execute programmatic media buying campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring proper implementation, optimization, and performance monitoring.
  • Manage relationships with demand-side platforms (DSPs), ad exchanges, data providers, and other technology partners to secure quality inventory and optimize campaign performance.
  • Utilize programmatic advertising tools and platforms to set up, launch, and optimize campaigns, including bid management, targeting parameters, and creative variations.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, such as click-through rates, conversions, and return on ad spend (ROAS), and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging programmatic advertising technologies, sharing knowledge and recommendations with the team.
  • Act as a platform expert to educate clients and internal teams on platform best practices, product updates, and internal process optimizations.


Requirements


  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying or trading, preferably within an agency or advertising technology company.
  • Proficiency in programmatic advertising platforms (e.g., DSPs) and tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Solid understanding of programmatic media buying strategies, including audience targeting, bidding techniques, and campaign optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
