Requirements

Were looking for someone who is really excited about harnessing the capacities of hospitality tech to do nothing less than redefine what it means to be a guest.

We are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area, as this role will be onsite in our NYC office 2-3x per week.

The salary for this role is between $100,000 - $150,000 base salary plus equity, commensurate on experience.

What you'll do

  • Work cross-functionally to bring strategic marketing plans, innovative campaigns and initiatives to life across all channels, with a focus on e-commerce, brand, and partnerships
  • Manage daily marketing responsibilities, including top of week reporting, building and maintaining marketing calendars across, leading the development of integrated channel plans, and cascading go-live dates and scheduling shifts to cross-functional teams in a timely manner
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with sales, business development, design and product to support and participate in product strategy & marketing initiatives
  • Guide the end-to-end milestone process grounded in driving cross-functional collaboration to deliver a best-in-class omnichannel customer experience
  • Lead post-campaign reporting, creating scorecards and cross-functional KPI reports to provide insights and learnings that help inform future strategies and marketing plans

  • You have 4+ years of related experience
  • You have strong strategic and creative thinking coupled with a passion for storytelling
  • You are customer-obsessed with a hunger to bring best-in-class marketing initiatives to life
  • You are solution- and results-oriented, and use data to measure success, iterate, and optimize
  • Youre a curious and resourceful self-starter, with an ability to solve problems and seek new information
  • Youre extremely organized and adept at creating (and sticking to!) timelines and driving best practices around process
  • Youre detail-oriented and have excellent follow-through
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
  • Youre proficient in Google Workspace, Excel, & Slack
  • Team player with a "no task is too small" attitude
