Location: Fresno| Compensation: $60K-$80K| Schedule: Day shift|Great Benefits Package

Responsibilities:

• Take the helm of our talented maintenance team, providing visionary leadership, mentorship, and inspiration to drive their professional growth and unleash their full potential
• Oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of our advanced manufacturing equipment, including robotics, automation systems, and high-tech machinery, to ensure top-notch performance and minimal downtime
• Develop and implement a groundbreaking preventive maintenance program that sets new industry standards, employing innovative techniques to proactively identify and address potential equipment issues, reducing unplanned disruptions and boosting production efficiency
• Showcase your exceptional troubleshooting skills by swiftly diagnosing equipment malfunctions and implementing effective solutions, utilizing your deep technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems

Skills and Qualifications:
