Role: Specimen/Assistant Project Manager (Clinical Research/Data Entry/Customer Service)

Location: Van Nuys, CA (On-Site)

Duration: Full-time/Permanent

Job Description:

• This role will be responsible for providing support to the Project Managers when it comes to transcriptions & clinical research.
• This includes data entry (updating spreadsheets, databases, and Case Report Forms), customer service (outreach to customers when required form information is missing), and other duties and tasks assigned.

Top Skills Required:

• 1+ year of Clinical Research, Data Entry, or Customer Service related position
• Strong Data Entry skills
• Attention to detail, work ethic, and proactive disposition
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred, High School Diploma is required)

What you need to know:

• Fulltime | Monday - Friday (8-5pm)
