All American Fence and Gate, LLC is seeking a dedicated and skilled Fence Installer to join our growing team. Based in the construction industry, this position involves installing both residential and commercial fences. The perfect candidate has a proven track record of success, has a strong work ethic, and takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship. The Fence Installer will primarily be responsible for measuring and cutting fence materials, drilling holes, and setting posts. The candidate must have prior experience, be familiar with power tools, have a keen attention to detail, and be able to function in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates should also possess excellent communication and team player skills.

Responsibilities

• Accurately measure and cut fence materials
• Drill holes to the appropriate depth and width
• Install posts and anchor brackets correctly
• Assemble and install each section of fence according to design plans
• Ensure the fence is level and aligned
• Clean up job site at the end of each project
• Communicate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and safely

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of experience in fence installation
• Familiarity with power tools and construction equipment
• Ability to read and interpret design plans and blueprints
• Must possess attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials up to 50lbs
• Valid driver's license
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
