All American Fence and Gate, LLC is seeking a Fence Installer-General Labor to join our team. As a Fence Installer-General Labor, you will be responsible for installing and repairing fences for our residential and commercial customers. The ideal candidate must be able to work independently as well as part of a team, follow safety guidelines and accurately read technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Measure and lay out fence lines, and mark post-hole positions
• Dig post-holes using augers, hand tools or power-driven equipment
• Install metal or wooden posts, braces, and gates
• Align posts using lines or by sighting, adjusting, and tightening cross-wires
• Install fencing materials such as chain link, wood, vinyl, and aluminum
• Install fencing hardware including hinges, latches, and locks
• Repair or replace existing fences as needed

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• At least 2 years of experience as a fence installer
• Knowledge of fence installation techniques and materials
• Ability to read technical documents and follow blueprints
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
