This is an in-person opportunity in our Birmingham, AL office in the 5 Points area.

Real Equity Acquisitions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Staff Recruiter to join our team in the Real Estate industry. As a Staff Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and placing top talent within the company. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job descriptions, and qualifications needed for each role. The Staff Recruiter will play a pivotal role in building and shaping the future of our company by bringing on talented individuals who are passionate about real estate.


Responsibilities

  • Work closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Use various recruiting methods, including job posting, networking, social media, and job fairs.
  • Manage the entire candidate pipeline, from initial contact to job offer.
  • Negotiate salary and benefits packages on behalf of the company.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with universities, industry associations, and other relevant organizations to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with the Human Resources team to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally within the real estate or sales industry.
  • Experience using recruiting tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and Glassdoor.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Knowledge of hiring laws and regulations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
