As the Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales at AIIR Consulting, you will serve as the face of our organization, leveraging your expertise in leadership development, coaching, team performance, diversity, equity, and inclusion to drive your day-to-day efforts. This pivotal role necessitates the development of strategic relationships and the cultivation of a robust book of business. You will deploy your consultative selling skills, influential communication abilities, and persuasive presentations to key stakeholders, provoking excitement and inspiring action to secure new business. Reporting directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, this role is critical to our success. This position can be remote for those candidates not local to the Bala Cynwyd/ Philadelphia area. We are offering a hybrid work schedule for any local candidates.


Responsibilities:

  • Skillfully align AIIR's solutions with prospects' business needs and effectively demonstrate the return on investment (ROI).
  • Own the end-to-end sales process, from initial conversations to proposal generation, final pitch, and long-term client relationship management.
  • Generate new leads and opportunities by leveraging AIIR's database, sales, marketing activities, and your professional network to exceed your quota.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Sales Consultants, and Client Success teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional client experience and smooth handoffs.
  • Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer and Service Line Leaders to develop impactful sales strategies and compelling messaging.
  • Utilize data analysis to derive meaningful business insights and translate them into actionable activities for the team.
  • Successfully close deals ranging from $50,000 to $1 million, with an average sales cycle of 2 to 9 months.

Requirements

  • Have a deep understanding of business initiatives, pain points, and the priorities that drive decisions from the C-level
  • 10+ years of business development experience prospecting and bringing in new business through a consultative approach.
  • 7+ years of successful experience selling an intellectual B2B service
  • A proven track record selling into the HR, Talent Management space
  • Experience building credibility and trust while influencing buying decisions for senior leaders/c-suite executives
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively build and deliver presentations to your customers
  • Demonstrated performance meeting and/or exceeding financial goals
  • Strong time management skills and the drive to build your part of the business semi-autonomously
  • Passion about what drives human performance at work
