Responsibilities

• Assist in the production of quality food products by performing a variety of tasks such as measuring, sorting, and packaging food items.
• Meet production targets and quality standards by following written and verbal instructions and procedures.
• Ensure safe operation of equipment and working environment, including proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
• Perform quality checks on final products and packaging to ensure they meet required specifications.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment by cleaning equipment, warehouses, and other assigned areas.
• Accurately record and report production data as requested by management.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain compliance with regulations and standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Experience in the food manufacturing or related industry preferred.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift items up to 50 lbs.
