Job Summary

Were looking for professional, energetic and outgoing candidates with excellent written and spoken English for a Sales Development Representative role, working from home and available ASAP. Primarily working on our US/NA markets, but also with our European markets. Additional languages (Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian or Spanish) would be an advantage. This is a great opportunity for experienced sales development professionals to join a dynamic company and help establish our new sales development function.

SDRs are tasked with identifying and generating sales opportunities through both inbound and outbound lead generation activities.

You will work within a growing Global SDR team working directly with the Senior SDR lead, fellow global SDRs, and Senior Enterprise Sales Directors for onboarding as well as continued training and collaboration to help refine and improve sales development processes.

The role will give you the opportunity to think outside the box, initiating and engaging in informative two-way phone conversations with prospects and requires a high level of self-motivation, combined with using your experience to improve the overall teams skills and performance.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify qualified opportunities providing appropriate levels of information at the right time for interested prospects to generate qualified meetings.
  • Develop opportunities for the sales team from prospecting and marketing generated leads.
  • Interact with prospects via telephone, email, and digital means with a high attention to detail.
  • Cold call into prospects generated by a variety of outside sources.
  • Identify key players, researching and obtaining business requirements, and presenting solutions to begin sales cycle.
  • Participate in weekly SDR team meetings as well as 1:1 sessions with Senior Partner and Sales leadership ensuring proper territory penetration and stressful alignment.
  • Set appointments for solution/enterprise sales team when a solution/enterprise lead reaches a qualified stage
  • Nurture new marketing leads by educating and developing prospects until an opportunity has been identified
  • Quickly learn the product, effectively communicate the value proposition and be able to react to objections and competitive questions.
  • Set proactive meetings for conferences/events in coordination with sales/partner teams.
  • Collaborate with marketing team members on strategic outbound approaches, tactics, messaging, content focus, etc.
  • Record and track all relevant contact and lead management activity via Outreach using the CRM system as well for proper opportunity assignment.
  • Key Skills and Experience
  • Successful experience as a sales development representative within the technology/SaaS vertical.
  • Experience in cold outreach, converting prospects to engaged and qualified leads, and build sales-ready pipeline.
  • Exceptional communication skills in business fluent English, both oral and written.
  • Excellent listening skills and a positive/can-do and energetic presence.
  • Demonstrated success in prospecting including list building, new contact development, account research, etc.
  • Extremely self-motivated with a diligent work ethic.
  • High level of integrity and strong commitment to delivering success as well as being a vocal team contributor.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Adept computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Outreach, Zoom Info, and LI Sales Navigator
  • Ability to assess a companys needs and cater outreach to each prospect highlighting the pain to solution connection.
  • Additional Skills and Experience
  • Spanish as a second language is a benefit but not a requirement.
