Position Overview

The Contract Monitoring and Oversight Administrator will monitor all contract deliverables and reporting activities and report daily on all outcomes to managers. Facilitate program quality and adherence to policies and procedures through ongoing tracking, analysis, and reporting methods and make recommendations for quality assurance methodologies and program controls implemented by managers and used to uphold compliance with contract requirements.

Role Responsibilities

In this role, you will

  • Monitoring program processes as outlined in the annual Monitoring schedule or as instructed by the Quality Manager.
  • Providing Compliance Department with documented outcomes pertaining to various documentation, including but not limited to policies, procedures, local operating procedures, desk references, job aids, and reports. These documents will illustrate the achievement of Deliverables specified in the contract.
  • Compiling comprehensive documentation and reports regarding monitoring results and outcomes. Subsequently, submitting these reports on a daily basis to the Quality Manager and Clinical Director. This step ensures their vigilant oversight of all contract deliverables, thereby guaranteeing adherence to contractual agreements.
  • Collaborating with the Clinical Director and Quality Manager to facilitate the development of corrective action plans when required.

The list of accountabilities is not intended to be all-inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties that management may deem necessary from time to time.

Basic Qualifications

To thrive in this role, you should have

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience within a healthcare setting.
  • Familiarity with public mental health and Medicaid programs, demonstrated through knowledge and/or prior experience.
  • Proficiency in utilizing electronic health records for monitoring compliance and ensuring program adherence.
  • Working knowledge of Federal Regulation 42 CFR, Chapter 483.89, as well as familiarity with relevant statutes and rules of the State of CA.
  • Competence in organizing medical records, understanding medical terminology, and comprehending disease processes.
  • Proficiency in operating computer equipment and utilizing web-based software as part of your work process.
  • Effective communication skills, encompassing spoken, written, and electronic media, enabling you to convey information clearly to both individuals and groups while assisting others in doing the same.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, adeptness in task prioritization and timely task execution, along with the ability to guide others in achieving these qualities.
  • Successful completion of a relevant Degree Program from an accredited College, with a preference for a bachelors degree.
