We are currently seeking a skilled LED (light-emitted diode) Sales Manager. The LED Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in actively engaging with existing and new channel partners to drive sales of All-In-One and custom LED solutions, with a key focus on pipeline growth and market share expansion. As the LED Sales Manager, you will be responsible for recruiting appropriate channel partners and driving LED sales.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

- Focus on driving LED adoption and nurturing strong partner relationships;

- Take ownership of the complete opportunity life cycle and closely monitor progress;

- Collaborate effectively with supporting teams;

- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline;

- Identify all influencers and decision-makers involved in the sales process;

- Develop and articulate compelling value propositions and product positioning for LED solutions and services;

- Strategically address potential deal-compromising factors to secure successful deals;

- Bridge the gap between facility requirements and hardware to ensure partner success;

- Navigate Special Price Authorization process, justifications, and service requirements;

- Offer expertise on Business Objectives qualification and LED solutions;

- Provide project oversight from concept to installation;

- Innovatively design solutions and services to gain a competitive advantage in winning deals;

- Consult on display applications and environments, providing valuable insights;

- Lead budget discussions and considerations beyond display hardware implications;

- Establish trust as a trusted advisor, asking pertinent questions and providing informed solutions;

- Demonstrate deep technical expertise in LED technology;

- Propose tactical action items to increase sales and enhance brand awareness.

- Maintain a strong presence in local systems integrator offices;

- Participate in joint sales calls with partners to strengthen relationships;

- Promote LED marketing programs to maximize visibility and demand;

- Support partners with necessary specifications and information;

- Conduct on-site activities like Lunch and Learn sessions, sales training, local shows, and demo shootouts to support partners;

- Educate partners on the value and benefits of Utilities One LED products;

- Provide expert consultation on opportunities, competitive positioning, and sales strategies;

- Act as the knowledge center for LED displays and solutions to support sales teams;

- Drive adoption of channel marketing programs to boost revenue within the channel;

- Adapt Indoor LED sales approaches based on current market conditions and partner feedback;

- Develop internal key relationships with partner product managers, buyers, and sales staff;

- Identify opportunities for business process improvements to enhance LED operations efficiency;

- Collaborate in creating marketing communications and programs to promote LED products;

- Provide support to partners regarding lead times, pricing, order/shipping updates, and general inquiries;

- Represent Utilities One at events, industry trade shows, and demos as needed;

- Conduct and manage on-site and web-based trainings targeted at channel teams and their partners.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience is required;

- At least 5 years of experience selling commercial products. Must have a background in selling LED technologies;

- 5+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of driving sales through channel partners;

- Strong team-oriented approach with excellent business skills;

- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisive, independent decisions;

- A high-energy team player with a background in sound decision-making;

- Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication;

- Valid driver's license;

- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with minimal direction.
