Applications Support Analyst

** This is a Hybrid role in Auburn, Alabama, where you would be able to work from the office up to two days a week and the remainder from home. **

** The work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central. **

Who we need:

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Pharmacy Management team as an Application Support Analyst. In this role, you will be a key contributor to the Operations department responsible for providing support to our staff and clients using our software suite, participating in implementations from an application configuration standpoint, and completing scheduled operational tasks for our client base. You must enjoy a fast-paced environment where you will have a direct impact on the business value of our clients on a daily basis.

What youll do:

  • Provides user assistance for multiple software applications.
  • Participates in planning for internal and external projects.
  • Determines and executes solutions to resolve issues.
  • Performs software configuration changes as requested by clients.
  • Participates in software configuration for new client implementations.
  • Completes scheduled operational tasks across clients.
  • Performs updates to internal and external websites.
  • Performs manual data loads using Linux systems.
  • Maintains compliance with all company policies and procedures.
  • Performs related duties as assigned by supervisor.
  • Meets and/or exceeds production, quality, attendance, and adherence standards.
  • Provides/assists in the training of other employees.

What youll need:

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma OR GED equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited college/university.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (Required)

  • Moderate knowledge of concepts for programming basics.
  • Working knowledge of Linux systems.
  • Working knowledge of ETL and Data Analytic processes.
  • Strong troubleshooting abilities.
  • Excellent organizational, verbal/written communication, and interpersonal relationship skills are essential.
  • Ability to work as a team in a fast-paced environment and set priorities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Ability to work on multiple items at one time and meet deadlines.

Required Experience

  • Experience working with software applications (preferably in a healthcare environment).
