Job Description
Production Environment Monitoring Senior Executive Responsibilities: Monitoring continuously the production environment, including web servers, microservices,
Kubernetes clusters and AWS resources.
Maintain monitoring tools and dashboards to track system performance, application health,
and infrastructure metrics.
Collaborate with DevOps and Development teams to optimize application performance and
resource utilization.
Identify performance bottlenecks and areas for improvement in the production environment.
Document all incidents, their resolutions, and the troubleshooting steps taken during incident
response.
Conduct analysis for major incidents to identify root causes and propose preventive measures. Job Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Production Environment Monitoring Specialist or in a
similar role, with a focus on web-based applications, micro services, Kubernetes, and AWS.
Deep understanding of AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, EKS, Cloud Watch, and
others.
Proficiency in micro services architecture and containerization technologies, particularly
Kubernetes.
Strong experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Datadog, Grafana, ELK Stack,
Site24x7, or equivalent.
Familiarity with incident management processes and tools.
Solid understanding of system and application performance metrics and monitoring
methodologies.
Ability to write scripts and automate tasks using languages such as Python, Bash, or
PowerShell.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional
teams
