Job Description

Area Head

Toensure that all branches in the region achieve targets for revenue and sub broker
acquisition for Mutual Funds/Insurance/wms products.
Topromote cross selling to Sub Broker and add value to the High Net worth Sub Broker.
Toensure overall profitability of the region including the franchisees across all WMS
products.
Toanalyse and continuously monitor performance of the team. Create strategy to achieve
team targets.
Toconstantly engage with franchisees to generate business.
Tobudget the requisition for manpower planning, to ensure the training needs are
met,Manage attrition at branch levels.
Topersonally monitor all complaints and ensure adherence to solutions within stipulated
timeline and escalate through proper channels.
Tostrategies new initiatives and make sure of the implementation at regional level
To Conducting webinar / seminar on different financial products for SB/Clients/Team
Location Responsible for Kolkata,Odisha,Bihar,Jharkhand,North East
Base location Kolkata
