Job Description
MIS team Leader / MIS Assistant Manager Identify and promote best practices for data management and provide oversight for all
activities related to data cleansing, data quality and data consolidation.
Monitoring employee performance, productivity report and share feedback to help
improve performance over time.
Generate and publish call center SLA && management report in accurate and timely
manner.
Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and
consistency.
Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis
Develop MIS systems for partner management and internal communication.
Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business
efficiency and effectiveness.
Strong leadership abilities and good time management skills
Minimum qualification Graduate/MBA
Minimum 3-4 years experience in relevant profile
Advance Excel skills and strong knowledge of other automations tools required for MIS
reporting.
