What you'lldo:

• Connect with international customer via chat/call and solve their queries, troubleshoot issues, Providing needed support.
• Helping multiple customers at a time if needed.
• Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction.

Qualifications & Benefits:

• Education:Graduate fresher or HSC with minimum 6 months of experience.
• Shift: 24x7Working window any 9 Hour Shift (Candidate should be okay to work in night and rotational shift)
• Working Days: 2 Rotational Offs 5 Daysworking.
• Salery:15,000 to 23,000 (In hand).
• Other Benefits: Travel Allowances, Attendance Bonus, Performance based incentives, Pickup and drop Provided, Free in office gym membership.
• Candidate should be available for immediate joining.
• Location:501 A or B1 Boomerang Building Chandivali, Farm Road Andheri east.

Note: Any candidate applying for this position should be okay to work from office and should be from Mumbai.
