Job Description-Maintaining bill records and other documents -Employee engagement activities -Coordinating with head office -Manage invoice data -Day to Day Admin/HR Activities - Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)

Administer new employee onboarding and orientation. Maintain employees related documents and track records. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of state employment law and compliance requirements. Coordinate open enrollments, changes, and training for employee benefits programs. Respond to human resources-related inquiries. Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies. Develop and maintain talent management processes. Collaborate with the management to develop effective recruitment strategies. Identify future staffing needs. Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary.
