Job Description

As a Supervisor at fmcg company you will play a critical role in overseeing and coordinating daily operations within your assigned department or area of responsibility. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficient functioning of processes, maintaining quality standards, and achieving production targets while adhering to company policies and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervision: Provide leadership and direction to a team of workers or operators, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and productive.

2. Process Management: Monitor and manage production processes to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets while maintaining high-quality standards.

3. Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications through regular inspections and quality control measures.

4. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and guidelines to create a safe working environment for all employees.

5. Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and coordinate with the logistics team to manage materials and supplies effectively.

6. Problem-Solving: Identify and address production issues or bottlenecks promptly to minimize downtime and disruptions.

7. Reporting: Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly production reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer applications and data analysis tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
