Job Specification/ Description Role:

In this role,

The Key Account Manager (Kam) Field Sales

6 Day shifts

Package 3LPA to 6LPA + Incentive + Allowance

Will drive the business from an assigned set of channel partners in (Kolkata, Bangalore, Delhi,Suraj,Mumbai,Jaipur,Vijaywada,Rajkot,) territory.

Responsibilities:

• On Ground understanding of the markets of (All The City) territory
• Establishes productive, professional relationships with key partner resources and partner owners in assigned partner accounts.
• Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume from partner accounts.
• Onboard new partners for the company and ensure there are actively contributing to the business
• Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
• Coordinating the involvement of all necessary company and partner personnel.
• Prior Experience of dealing with B2B Software products will be an advantage

• Good Communication (English & Local Language), Negotiation Skills
• Go Getter Attitude
• Accountable for his business and responsibilities
• Amazing sense of urgency && attitude of getting things done when no one is watching
• Able to work comfortably in a fast-paced growing start-up environment.

Qualifications: Graduate/ Post-Graduate / Mba
