Job Description
-
1-Responsible for ensuring delivery of competent and consistent service in line with set standards that results in an enhanced customer experience for bank customers.
2-Ensure Out calling is done to Customers for clarifying customer queries on transaction declined due to card control not enabled, 3-Renewal and upgrade customers for welcome call/feature enforcement
4-To ensure that the defined benchmarks on service experience, call handling time, quality etc
5-Parameters are met consistently , including the call productivity standard.
6-To ensure zero defects processing of all customer requests
7-To ensure complete and accurate resolution within the defined TATs.
8-To ensure process compliance as per the set Audit and SQ guidelines. Experience 1 - 7 Years Salary 1 Lac To 2 Lac 25 Thousand P.A.
