Job Description
Technicalsupport is a type of technical support where a technician is called to fix a desktop system, or its supporting hardware, software in an organization or at a designated field site. The desktop support technician helps in troubleshooting the issue to ensure that systems are maintained in line with business goals.
Technicalsupport Engineer Job Responsibilities:
- Responding to client support requests.
- Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
- Traveling to the client's location or connecting via a remote link.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals
Technical support Engineer Qualifications / Skills :Btech, Mtech, Diploma
Salary-26,000/- to 100,000/-PM
Minimum Age-18 Years
