Position :- SERVICE ENGINEER Qualification :- Diploma Mechanical Engineer / Diploma Electrical / Diploma Electronics Job Code :- Mumbai - Service Years of Experience :- Min 2years in Industrial / Heavy Equipment Based Industry
Job Profile :- The Incumbent should be Technically Qualified, with an Expertise in Servicing or Maintenance Related to Heavy Engineering Machineries and Capital goods. Managing entire service and customer care operations with a view to achieve business objectives and ensure top line and bottom line profitability Ensuring maintenance of the required stock levels infrastructure to meet the above Monitoring the preparation implementation of the service policy for rendering effective services to the dealers customers Maintaining the required stock levels at the locations for meeting the requirements Providing support to the sales force by providing effective services to their dealers and customers Helping management in preparing the Service Policy by giving required inputs Appraising the factory for the performance of the product in the field and for analysis improving the quality in line with the requirement of the customers Recruiting people for mini service centers and developing required infrastructure for them to function effectively Conducting product usage demos and mechanic meets time to time to enhance the confidence in dealers and customers Identify problems; interpret market trends and regulatory framework. To provide technical service to customers encompassing technical training on product usage and effective complaint handling to customers' satisfaction, this may require investigations and developing action plans to address the same. Customers problems can range from simple to complex Issues within own discipline. Ensure best use of available resources to meet business strategy and identify areas for concern. Frequent decision making within own department, which can impact other departments and activities. Advice and assistance are available when required. Gooddocumentation and communication in Schedule Service planning. Troubleshooting and ensuring smooth runningof the Machines without any breakdown. Planning Of Procurement Schedule Of Thespares Requiredfor The Machines. Maintaining thelog book perfectlyand completing the pending works during the Servicing and Maintenance Responsible foroverall trouble shooting (Mechanical) and Preventive Maintenance
