Sales Development Manager (SDM)

Department:Agency Channel

Company:(For- India's Leading Life Insurance Company)


Role and Responsibilities:

  • Recruiting a team of financial advisors on commission basis and generate the business.
  • Monitoring & following process for driving sales through your.
  • Training and developing agents on commission.
  • Doing Performance Review of your Advisors.
  • Delivering consistent sales output utilizing your management.
  • Knowledge of insurance products and market trends.

Required candidate profiles from: -Any Field Sales / Insurance/ Banking/ Finance/ BFSI Sales/ FMCG Sales/ Telecom Sales/ Real Estate Sales/ Pharma/ Automobile

Job Criteria:

Experience:Minimum experience should be 2 years in any Sales

Educational Qualification-- Any Graduation

Salary: 2.20 Lakhs to3 Lakhs (Per Annum)

AgeLimit: 22- 38 Years
