Inventory Management: Maintain proper inventory levels and oversee stock movements to minimize wastage and optimize resources.
Safety Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and guidelines.
Training and Development: Train, coach, and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
Scheduling: Create and manage work schedules to meet production demands and optimize labor resources.
Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on production, quality, and team performance to higher management.

Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Prior supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in using production equipment and software systems.
Leadership: Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.
