Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews Drafting and Advertise job posting opening in Portals & Social Media Sourcing potential candidates from different Portals Sharing emails to candidates, scheduling their interviews if shortlisted Screening resumes, Interview candidates Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties Prepare reports & MIS Performs other duties as assigned. Teamwork: Collaborates with others to achieve shared goals and does whatever is needed to make the team a success.
