Job Summary: As a Store Manager at FMCG company, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of one of our retail stores. Your primary goal will be to ensure that the store operates efficiently, achieves sales targets, and provides excellent customer service. You will also be responsible for managing the store's inventory, supervising staff, and implementing company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Operations:

   • Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store.
   • Create and maintain a welcoming and customer-friendly store environment.
   • Monitor and manage the store's daily activities.

2. Sales and Revenue Generation:

   • Set and achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
   • Develop and implement strategies to boost sales and increase profitability.
   • Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

3. Customer Service:

   • Train and supervise staff to provide excellent customer service.
   • Address customer complaints and concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner.
   • Ensure that customer inquiries are handled professionally.

4. Inventory Management:

   • Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
   • Implement inventory control procedures to minimize losses due to theft or damage.
   • Coordinate with the procurement team to replenish stock as needed.

5. Staff Management:

   • Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
   • Schedule employee shifts and manage work hours.
   • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff.

6. Visual Merchandising:

   • Oversee product placement and store layout to maximize sales.
   • Ensure that the store is visually appealing and well-maintained.

7. Compliance and Security:

   • Ensure that the store complies with all company policies and procedures.
   • Implement security measures to protect the store's assets and prevent theft.

8. Reporting:

   • Prepare regular reports on store performance, sales, and inventory.
   • Provide updates to senior management on key metrics and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business management or a related field is preferred.
• Proven experience as a store manager or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership and managerial skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using computer software for inventory management and reporting.
• Knowledge of the products sold by Dabur India Limited is a plus.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
