Role: National Service Head - Priority Banking
Location: Mumbai
Business Description:
National Service Manager Role is responsible for driving and bringing a cultural change so
that there is continuous improvement in the Client Experience and Engagement.
Job Role:
- Spearheading 125 + strong Service Team for Priority Segment.
- Manage the entire Service Orientation factor and ensuring to provide exemplary
- experience to all the clients
- Train && improve serve team for their performance && ability to meet customer needs for
- service satisfaction
- Coordinate with the Leadership team,Channel && Regional teams so that we deliver the
- highest level of services to the affluent segment.
- Undertake Projects Aimed at better Customer Experience journey such as Process
- reengineering and digital adoption.
- Working with the Digital Team for new Initiatives and adoption of the same.
- Ensure every Service request and complaint of the region is been attended to and the
- same is resolved within TAT.
- Ensuring strict adherence to process, audit and regulatory requirements.
- Tracking the business leads and activations generated by the SRMs which has helped
- the vertical in earning revenue.
- Managing the Service quality and driving NPS
