Job Description

Dear Candidate,
We're Hiring forLead Generation Executive cum BDE
Roles & Responsibilities :-

We are looking for a candidate who have priori experience in sales lead generation. The candidate should have experience working in an IT Services / IT Consultant Company and have large network and connections.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to new customers inIndiaandUKproactively and efficiently through the current technologies such as phone calls, emails, social media accounts (e.g., LinkedIn), etc. Do continuous follow-ups and receive response. Fix the meeting with Sales team.
  • Manage the company social media pages.
  • Reach out to CXO and Senior level employees inIndianandUK marketto fix the appointment for sales team
  • Fix the meetings with clients with Internal Sales Team.
  • Advertise company products and services to potential customers. Call existing customers on phone and seek further business.
  • Research prospects, identify competitors, and assist in brand-building activities to achieve strategic business goals
  • Build and maintain a current databaseof clients.
  • Developing strategies for new and existing prospects for effective utilization of contact database
  • MUST have used Standard CRM tools like Hubspot, Lusha, Zoho, etc to capture and manage data by assigning appropriate tags, updating data with unsubscribes, hard bounce, etc
  • Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required by management
  • Ability to plan and strategize ways to achieve Sales/Client Acquisition quotas defined by the Organization
  • Have used and made use of various channels for acquiring a database of prospects

Skills:

  • Fluency in conversation English is a must. Candidate should be able to speak with customers in English with confidence.
  • Proven track record in B2B lead generation and conversion to opportunities.
  • Should be well versed with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other Lead Generations tools

Education/Experience

  • Working Hours: 10AM to 6:00PM - Monday to Friday
  • Perks: Company paid Medical Insurance, mobile SIM card(cost covered by company)
  • We will give all necessary technical trainings about our products and services to candidate.
