Our client, a global pharmaceutical corporation, has an immediate need for an energetic Project Manager to join the team. In this role you will help manage all aspects of the OTC site transfer project to ensure timely delivery, quality, and cost-effective outcomes. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires exceptional communication, project management, problem-solving skills, and leadership abilities. Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end OTC site transfer project, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, packaging, regulatory, quality, and supply chain, to identify and manage project risks and issues.
Ensure project milestones and deliverables are met on time, within budget, and with high quality to achieve project objectives.
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria, and communicate them with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource utilization/forecasting.
Monitor project progress and performance, identify variances, and take corrective actions as needed.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues with stakeholders, including senior leaders of the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor's or higher degree in pharmaceuticals, chemistry, or related field.
5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical project management
Site scale up and tech transfer experience
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing and packaging processes, regulatory requirements, and quality systems.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional and remote teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, such as MS Project, Agile, and Waterfall.
