Team Manager - Inside Sales Location: IN-Chennai Email this job to a friend

Job Description: The Inside Sales person will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed. Work with Sales Team to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue. Roles and Responsibilities - Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
- Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
- Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
- Managing the day to day activities of the team from lead cutting to allocation
- Understanding and bringing up strategies for
- Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, conferences, references, tradeshows,
- Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
- Good understanding of usage of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Sales CRM, preferably Oracle
- Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
- Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
- Working with sales team when closing the sale
- Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics
- Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
- Maintaining database (Salesforce, CRM, Excel, ) of prospective client information
- Closing sales and working with clients through closing process
- Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders, understanding and interpreting technical requirements, providing technical information, and developing
- Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales
- Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts, soliciting new accounts, building rapport, providing technical information and explanations, and preparing quotations
- Should have good re-searching skills
- Closes new accounts by answering the telephone, fax, and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering
- Develops accounts by checking customers buying history, suggesting related and new items, and explaining technical
- Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and
- Explores opportunities to add value to job
Skills required: - Accuracy and attention to detail
- Intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as PowerPoint, Google Slides, Prezi and Keynote, Adobe Acrobat,
- Have a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well thought out presentations
- Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time
- An understanding of the latest trends, styles, formats, templates, (link removed) within the national and global corporate environment
- Professional approach to time, costs and deadlines and strict adherence to decided deadlines
- Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
- Eager to expand the company with new sales, clients, and territories
- Self-motivated and self-directed
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry

- Previous experience in an outbound call centre, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
- Healthcare experience will be an advantage
Preference for Educational background: - Diploma / Bachelors/Masters degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or
business administration - 3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred
- Familiarity with office software and phone systems
- Capabilities in being a part of Telemarketing Largely should have great communication skills.
- Great communication skills required Mandatory considering they will be reaching out to US
- Any Business Management course or Sales Management course will be an added
