The Opportunity
Bring your expertise to a highly collaborative, creative, and innovative team with a market-leading technology product suite. We are seeking a highly motivated, organized, results-oriented, Associate Manager to join our Client Solutions team to help scale our client implementations program.
You will work closely with internal project teams and client stakeholders to ensure our clients have a seamless onboarding experience, during client implementations. This position will report to the Director of Client Solutions, while working across the entire Client Management division.
In addition to client engagement, the Implementation team coordinates closely across the organization and with executive leadership to ensure a comprehensive and cohesive approach to the client experience. Ideal candidates will have come from a professional services background or other enterprise software / technology client success background, with substantial experience and demonstrated success in this regard.

As a Associate on the Implementation team, you will:
- Support client implementation processes and initiatives
- Document organizational processes and initiatives both internal to Chronograph and within client implementations
- Act as a client support resource during client onboarding owning client communications and deliverables
- Coordinate with clients to align on agenda topics for weekly calls
- Discuss, implement and document client implementation choices and decisions
- Create and update client project plans tracking project milestone progress
- Produce flawless client deliverables to facilitate communication around complex project requirements
- Uphold Chronograph brand standards & values in every client interaction
- Learn how to implement a technology solution while working with a sophisticated client base
You will be successful in this role if you have:
- Bachelors degree with two (2) to four (4) years experience in professional services environment, ideally consulting, investment banking, private equity, technology client success, or similar
- Demonstrated excellence producing time-sensitive deliverables for sophisticated and exacting client base
- Experience using project management tools
- Superb (written and verbal) communication skills
- Excellent organizational strategies
- Willingness to travel occasionally

- Ability to quickly adapt to a high-performance environment
- Flexibility and mindset open to performing a variety of tasks

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000
