We leverage data-driven insights from Catapult, our proprietary technology, and our deep understanding of marketplaces like Amazon, (link removed), TikTok Shop, to craft strategies unique to each brand we work with while protecting their pricing and channel strategies at every lifecycle stage and in any global market.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Associate with 1+ years of direct experience in shipping and routing. The ideal candidate will be proficient in spreadsheets, organized, able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have excellent communication skills. Experience with Amazon Seller Central is a plus. The Logistics Associate will be responsible for managing day-to-day shipping operations, coordinating with counterparts, providing customer service and ensuring the timely and accurate processing of shipments.

Responsibilities:

• Review, check, and ensure all required documents have been submitted for shipments.
• Enter shipping information in appropriate systems.
• Track shipments and update delivery status.
• Fill out and submit shipping documents.
• Coordinate and expedite shipments.
• Monitor and check arrivals of shipments.
• Assist with managing relationships with vendors, carriers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and other logistics partners.

Requirements

• Minimum 1+ years of direct experience in shipping or logistics.
• Amazon Seller Central knowledge is a big plus
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, good communicator, and multitasker.
• Proficient in spreadsheets.

SALARY RANGE - $60,000 - $65,000
