We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. Key Responsibilities

• Address WordPress requirements and troubleshoot as needed.
• Design templates and collages using Canva.
• Oversee Mailchimp campaigns and lists.
• Handle LTK and Amazon affiliations and management.
• Act as the primary point of contact for any arising issues with Meta, Amazon, etc.
• Oversee and manage various digital projects.
• Organize and manage affiliate links.
• Administer Pinterest activities and promotions.
• Assist with any unexpected tasks or projects that may arise.

Requirements

• Proven experience in digital marketing (essential).
• Proficiency with WordPress and Mailchimp (essential).
• Familiarity with the mentioned platforms.
• Superb organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with potential for increased availability.
• Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time.
