We are in the process of staffing a Virtual Assistant where a client needs someone to handle the following responsibilities. If you are interested, please complete the Virtual Assistant application. - Design templates and collages using Canva.
- Oversee Mailchimp campaigns and lists.
- Handle LTK and Amazon affiliations and management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for any arising issues with Meta, Amazon, etc.
- Oversee and manage various digital projects.
- Organize and manage affiliate links.
- Administer Pinterest activities and promotions.
- Assist with any unexpected tasks or projects that may arise.

Requirements - Proven experience in digital marketing (essential).
- Proficiency with WordPress and Mailchimp (essential).
- Familiarity with the mentioned platforms.
- Superb organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented approach to all tasks.
- Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Reliable and dependable work ethic.
- Availability for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with potential for increased availability.
- Ability to work during regular office hours (8am-5pm) in Eastern, Central, or Mountain Time.
