Super Soccer Stars is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Weekday Coaches. As a Super Soccer Stars coach, you will have the opportunity to work with children ranging from 12-months-old to 12 years old, teaching soccer skills and helping to develop physical literacy, self-confidence, gross motor skills, and socialization skills. With over 20 years of experience, we have built the best-in-class curriculum to ensure that every child is able to learn at their own pace, while having fun in a non-competitive, educational environment.

Our Weekday Coaches are responsible for leading soccer classes for children in a variety of settings, such as schools, community centers, and parks. As a coach, you will be expected to create a positive atmosphere, encouraging children to participate in activities and develop their soccer skills. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves working with kids, enjoys soccer, and is looking for a part-time job.

Responsibilities

• Lead soccer classes for children aged 12 months to 12 years old
• Develop and execute engaging lesson plans that align with Super Soccer Stars curriculum
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all participants
• Provide positive feedback and encourage participation from all children
• Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their childs progress
• Attend monthly training sessions and professional development opportunities
• Maintain equipment and ensure it is properly stored after classes

Requirements

• Prior experience working with children and a passion for teaching
• Availability to work weekday mornings and afternoons, and potentially some weekends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead groups of children in a positive, engaging manner
• High energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation to and from classes
• Ability to pass a background check and be authorized to work in the United States
