Are you looking for a fulfilling role? Ally Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join our team and be an ally to families of children with autism and related disorders. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you'll work alongside our multidisciplinary team of therapists to provide evidence-based solutions that help children improve their communication and social skills.

Our clinic offers a range of services, including applied behavior analysis, speech-language and feeding therapy aimed at addressing the spectrum of symptoms associated with autism and other disorders. Responsibilities

• Conduct diagnostic evaluations to assess speech and language abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans and goals for each client
• Use evidence-based techniques to improve speech and language abilities, both in individual and group settings
• Continuously track and measure client progress
• Collaborate with families and other members of the care team to deliver coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress
• Participate in continuing education and training opportunities to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active state speech-language pathology license
• Clinical Fellowship experience welcome
• Previous experience working with children with autism or related disorders preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build rapport with patients and families
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems a plus

• Salary range for CF-SLP would be 60k-65k Salary range for CCC-SLP would be 70k+ DOE
