Job Summary: As the Senior Salesforce Administrator, you'll play a pivotal role within our organization. We need a proactive individual who can elevate our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements, feedback, and designing scalable, best-practice solutions while managing the product roadmap. Ensuring an excellent Salesforce user experience is paramount; thus, you should be adept in all facets of user management, from support tickets to user-centric solution design. Your deep comprehension of the Salesforce platform will be crucial in understanding our current setup and business objectives, quickly pinpointing areas for enhancement. Familiarity with change management and governance is a must, as is the ability to effectively communicate, prioritize, and oversee all dimensions of a Salesforce initiative. Responsibilities: - Serve as a senior system administrator for the Salesforce application with 500+ users
- Engage with business stakeholders and the Salesforce engineering group to understand requirements and craft scalable, user-experience-driven solutions
- Oversee Salesforce configuration changes, including but not limited to Flow, approval processes, fields, page layouts, dynamic layouts, apps, etc.
- Manage user and license facets, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and more
- Document system processes, policies, and configurations in preparation for updates and upgrades
- Diagnose and resolve Salesforce issues, ensuring quality assurance and solution documentation
- Understand and suggest improvements for the organization's systems and processes
- Recognize and optimize underutilized platform features impacting the Salesforce environment
- Manage user support tickets, technical documentation, and the sandbox environment
- Foster user adoption of both new and existing features
Requirements Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator with technical implementation, day-to-day operations, and long-term maintenance
- Experience working within the healthcare industry
- Experience with agile scrum methodology and collaborating with product owners, engineers, UI designers, QA, and other cross-functionality groups
- Knowledge of Salesforce data structures, permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulas
- Experience migrating data and customizations across the Salesforce environment
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of software development processes and best practices
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment
Education and Certifications: - Bachelors degree in computer science, Computer Engineering, MIS, or a related field
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
- Certified Salesforce Platform App Builder
- Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator
